This option tells the application to determine whether the links between your website and a partner website are reciprocal. After the update is complete the Domain Information report will display the actual reciprocal link status.

This option also instructs the application to parse the link pages from your domain looking for outbound links to your partners. You only need to enable this option if you add or remove links from your link pages and you would like the application to parse them again.
