Are there any upgrades available?

Yes. You can upgrade from Advanced Link Manager Standard to Advanced Link Manager Professional. Also, you can upgrade from Advanced Link Manager Professional to Advanced Link Manager Enterprise.

To upgrade, please go to the license upgrade page and enter the license key that you received with your purchase confirmation email.

How much does it cost to upgrade my software license?

You will be charged with the difference between the two editions, plus a small fee that goes to our payment provider due to the extra transaction. Current upgrade pricing information is always available online.

What is the difference between an 'upgrade' and an 'update'?

The difference between an 'upgrade' and an 'update' is explained below:

  • Upgrade: one can upgrade from Advanced Link Manager Standard to Advanced Link Manager Professional. Upgrades are charged as per our current upgrade pricing.
  • Update: one can update the version of their software from Advanced Link Manager Professional 4.1 to Advanced Link Manager Professional 4.2. Licensees can update to any version of their licensed software released during their active maintenance period at no additional cost (see the next section on software maintenance).
