Download instead of open

When I'm on the screen Referrers, and I try to open un link it opens two browsers: Download files OpenInBrowser36073.url, and another one: about printing.

Hello,

The URL should be opened in your browser, using the operating system you have. So, I suppose the problem is related with the operating system. What you can try is go to the location where the .html file was generated on your computer and open it from there. Let me know if this works.

Also, give me more details about the operating system you use and the browser application.

Thanks for your reply.

I use Windows 7 Edition Familiale Premium (64 bits) with Firefox 3.6.3. Everything was fine a few weeks before.

In fact, only shortcuts are generated on my computer: OpenInBrowser11822, OpenInBrowser36071, OpenInBrowser36072... If I click on it, it's ok, it opens the web page in my default browser.

Please go to Options -> Browser Manager menu and add a different browser as default, here in ALM (like Internet Explorer or Firefox).

Let me know if this solves the problem.

It solves the problem. I think none was associated before as system default browser. I added Firefox as default and it's now ok.
