Hello,

Maybe one of the search engines failed and the update cannot continue. Please send us an error report from this project, using the Help -> Report Error menu, to see what happens.

Best regards,

Robert

Hello,

Please go to Tools -> Update Progress menu and select Current Update tab. There, right click on the project that is at 70% and select Stop update option. If this doesn't work, you can close all the Advanced Link Manager applications that run now. You can also restart the computer.

BTW, I noticed that the estimated stop time is December 2009. Did you change the computer date?

Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Robert

I have always do all these things (maybe 100 times...). The project update have started september, the 6 at 21:33 and should be finalized december, the 9th. What is strange that I can use normally ALM (except for software update)

Hello,

I have updated this project and it took about 3 hours, the same period of time as you had on some previous updates. Anyway, our developers removed this from the "application.db" file and I have sent you by email the fixed file. Please replace the existing file with this one and tell me how it goes.

Be sure that you don't change the computer date forward, as this could have the same effect.

Best regards,

Robert

Hello,

We have found the problems that caused these freezes in your updates. Please restart the application in order for the last search engine definitions to be installed. That should fix it.
