I don't seem to be able to add any domain pages to a domain, beyond the default [index] page. I tried an Import, which discovered some pages, and I tried adding in the other pages manually; none of them 'stuck'. i.e. when I go back into the dialog, they're not there, nor are they in the left hand Domains panel.

I had an idea that I wanted to test against ALM's results for those inner pages. (I'm really looking forward to saving this data in an XML file.)

I'm using ALM 1.1 on 10.3.9 G4 867 1.5GB RAM.
