Topic: 2.0 Woohoo! 8^) question: timeouts?

You are so the man today. Your timing is perfect.

I tried updating an existing single domain project, and ALM 2.0 (Mac) got down to the last 2 referrers, and sat forever waiting for them.

I just decided to cancel, I can live without the last 2.

However, now when I'm running a multi domain project, I'm faced with the same thing (probably the same 2, I used the same domain in both projects).

Question is, I'm not sure that I should push STOP now... will I cancel updates for the other domains that follow? I do need to stop it, though, sooner or later  8^)

thanks for the new version, dying to try out the reporting!
cheers.

Re: 2.0 Woohoo! 8^) question: timeouts?

Hi iGods,

Two of the new ALM features are:

- The timeout values for connecting and receiving data can be customized.
- Added a custom limit for any referrer page.

So, please go to Options -> Preferences menu, select Performances left option and modify the connection timeout and the limit page size when gathering link details.

All the other domains will not be affected, because these two referrers are the last ones when gathering links from search engines, all the others were already done.

Please tell me if it works.

Best regards,

Robert
